- All tags and labels should still be attached, and the item must not show any signs of wear or damage.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number) is required to process the return.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety concerns. These items include:
- Used or installed products (e.g., Car Cameras, Car Speakers, Smartkeys, etc.)
- Electronics or accessories that have been opened or tampered with
- Customized or personalized items

3. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Process

In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Docpariz Car Accessories.
